SEP Academy
... Our Loss Is Our Gain ...
We remain grounded in our foundation. With every step we take,
we hold the sufficiency economy at our core, demonstrating it in all that we do.
SEP Academy, is a social enterprise advocating experiential learning in
cross-disciplinary approaches towards sustainable development rooted in sufficiency economy, and especially in the context of Eastern culture and indigenous ways of living.
We position ourselves as a modern practitioner,
who is familiar with working on-the-ground with local communities
and tackle recent real-world challenges. At the same time, we are eager to collaborate with public and private sectors providing academic research
in order to enhance greater impact to the society.

Our
Missions
01
Cultivate Change Agents

We aim to build groundwork practitioners, community leaders, and change agents.
03
Build Network
We believe success comes from genuine collaboration. By respecting our partners and growing together, we build a sustainable future for the next generation.
02
Generate Knowledge
and Understanding
Our main focus is interdisciplinary social entrepreneurship, with the sufficiency economy at its core.
04
Scale Out
We intend to create common-goal collabborative projects with our friends around the world. We do not want our knowledge to remain in one place; we want it to be shared everywhere.
Meet the Team.
Our rockstars!
We are a tiny group of curious, kind, and committed humans who care deeply about what we do—and enjoy the process along the way. Each of us brings something a little different,
and together we do our best to show up, learn, and grow as a team.

Tang Ratnabhanu
Director of Inconvenience
Tang is our Director of Inconvenience.
She's the initiator, our strategic powerhouse, a born educator, and
an absolutely fantastic public speaker. Economics isn’t just her forte —
it’s her soul. And here’s the secret...
She might come across as tough
and all-business, but she has a soft spot
for anything sweet! Don’t let her professional demeanor fool you —
before you know it, you’ll be hearing:
“Let’s have some dessert after dinner.”

Bouquet Rodjanaphinun
Head of Document Mess
With Bou, we fear nothing!
She untangles all the chaos — especially the paperwork and bureaucracy that usually drives the rest of us mad. That’s why she proudly holds the title of Head of Document Mess. How does she manage multiple project budgets, billing systems, and still stay sane (and fabulous)? We’re still trying to figure that out! Young, energetic, and a little wild, She is gifted for gathering in-depth, genuine insights from local people — with ease and authenticity.

Kai Vorasiwa
Zone-Aware Manager
The Fluent, Fierce, and our (Time)
Zone-Aware Manager. Kai speaks
English and Thai like a boss, and
German with the sweetness of a Mozart symphony. An introvert by nature,
yet somehow she can negotiate like
a diplomat, summon crowds like
a wizard, and run websites smoother than your morning coffee. Her time-keeping? Sharper than an Apple Watch. But before you slide into her DMs — better check what time zone she’s currently conquering!

Boyy Thong-in
Community Connector Expert
Boyy calls himself an agro-nature farmer; a young man who chose
to return to the rice fields of his hometown in southern Thailand,
a path that’s far from typical for his generation. He’s also our Community Connector Expert. With his kindness and authenticity, he has an incredible ability to blend seamlessly into any local community and open doors for us to connect with people on the ground. And his sense of humor?
Tip-top! Always.
Our Family
Without our beloved family and friends, none of this would be possible.
We choose to go far—and even further—so of course, we decided to go together.
